We are a professional painting company capable of taking care of every type of job from heavy and complex industrial work to fine-finish residential. Max Webb

I’m Max Webb. I’ve been working in construction and finishes trades managing large jobs as well as applying coatings myself for over 25 years. I execute a lot of the work myself, but also have contacts in every aspect of the industry for more specialized situations. I supervise every job personally and thoroughly.

My business model is that I pay complete attention to detail on each job and do not overload myself with work. I take only a few jobs at a time to ensure my customer receives the exact ratio of quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency required and possible in each scenario.

I also pay heavy attention to my customer’s needs in terms of what is required from my team on-site, be this your private home, your commercial environment, or your manufacturing facility. Thereby minimizing the distraction and inconvenience of the painting work as much as possible during the project.

I believe in completely open communication through each stage of the project completion. We will ensure that all of your requirements are met and the quality of work exceeds your expectations. No job is too small or too large for us to handle.

Safety is a priority on every job site. Period.

We have up-to-date safety training certificates in everything we do, including but not limited to:

The key to safety is direct, personal attention from me to your facility's rules, procedures, and safety aspects. I take personal responsibility for this knowledge and ensure that I supervise my team to follow these requirements to the highest possible standard.

  • Key to the proper accomplishment of industrial and commercial work is the specification of coatings and surface preparation. I am set up to asses and specify the best technical procedure for you.

    I personally have 20+ years of experience in the field of industrial painting and a NACE level 1 certification myself.

    I also have many contacts in the field with other contractors who I work with regularly, with specialists in specific fields, and with one of the top NACE level 3 inspectors and technical specialists in the GTA.

    The other key to completing an industrial or commercial project is the proper estimation of size and scope. The right size of the crew and buying power behind them can make or break your job in terms of cost and schedule.

  • The vast majority of coating failure is a lack of proper surface preparation. Webb Industrial has the experience and technical know-how to ensure your situation is assessed and addressed exactly according to your needs.

    We are capable of executing most common surface preparation methods from sandblasting to highly effective power washing to manual and power tool cleaning and abrasion.

    We have connections with industry leaders in more specialized methods.

    We are connected to a NACE level 3 inspector with over 30 years of experience, capable of detailed and technically accurate assessment and specification in any confounding situation the industry can come up with.

  • Residential painting requires a personal level of care and attention that we at Webb Industrial ensure to always keep top of mind. A drop of paint in the middle of a concrete, warehouse floor is unlikely to ever be noticed. Meanwhile, a drop of paint on your carpet, your grand piano, or the quilt your grandmother knit for you as a child is a very different story. Our personal attention and complete dedication to your project ensures that none of these small details go unnoticed. We will treat your home with the care and respect it deserves through every stage of the project.

    The key to the success of these projects is personnel. We do not put rough, inexperienced painters in your home who aren’t very familiar with sensitive environments. In your home, you need to feel comfortable trusting us with your personal and family’s material well-being. For this reason, I only work with painters I trust implicitly and personally.

    Fine-finish quality of work is also often much more relevant in residential painting. I supervise all of my work directly and pay close attention to detail in this respect. I also work with other painters with twice my own experience in executing fine finishes when required.
